My name is Aaron Harrington, founder of Agent Mastery Coaching.
After 20 years of selling homes at a high level, I created The Elite Academy to help newer agents develop in 24 months the skills, habits, and discipline that often take years to build.
In my first year of coaching, I saw that many agents were not lacking desire — they were lacking structure, training, and consistency. I also saw how many were losing the morning to distraction, procrastination, and fear.
That is why The Elite Academy meets early Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Every class is intentionally designed to build on the last, helping agents create momentum, sharpen their skills, and grow into high-performing professionals.
For agents who fully commit to the process, this academy is designed to help them reach the level of selling 15 to 25 homes per year by the end of the two-year program.

Why am I offering membership to The Elite Agent Academy for free?
While I built a highly successful career as a real estate agent, I’m new to the coaching space. In my first year working with agents, one thing became clear—most agents don’t need more motivation, they need more training, structure, and repetition.
Two sessions per month simply wasn’t enough.
There’s too much to learn, and too many unproductive habits—especially in how agents start their day. That’s why I created The Elite Training Academy: a high-frequency, affordable program designed to accelerate skill development and build winning routines.
This first group will serve as our founding class—a real-world test of how powerful this program can be. Because of that, we are offering the program completely free to the first 100 agents who join.
In the future, this program will be priced based on the results it produces. But this initial group will have the opportunity to experience it at no cost.
Free, however, comes with a commitment.
Each agent must attend at least 65% of the sessions, consistently complete and submit their tracking, and be willing to provide a testimonial upon completion.
